How to determine driver using Device Manager
- Open Start.
- Open Device Manager and click the top result to open the experience.
- Expand the branch for Smart card reader
If you see a “!” at smart card section, it means the driver does not successfully self-installed.
How to check if I have installed the driver successfully on Mac
- menu
- Open About this Mac.
- Open System Report
- Under “Hardware” looking at “USB“
If your MAC doesn’t recognize it, please download the driver from the “Drivers” page.
If it is still unsuccessful, it probably means the device is not compatible with your Mac. You can always ask a refund for it.
